Hi there , motorhomers, My wife and i have recently purchased a new swift kon-tiki 645 ,in the main we are very happy with our motor home, however we are allready having a few problem`s Before i contact the main dealer with the following issues we wandered if anyone else can offer some comments
item 1. the hot water does not heat up by electric ? [ hooked up]but does by gas ,
2. the barrel lock to the main door has fallen out, and some of the other locks are iffy
3. the blaupunkt sat nav packed up after first 150 miles, this has been sent back to germany for repair ? heard throughthe grape vine they are having a big problem with these new units
4. lots of finishing issues [poor workmanship] ect mainly sealants,and weather seals
5. really suprised to find nowhere for the spare wheel to sit, with out paying for specialist brackets
This is our first motor home and maybe we are bieng a little fussy !!!
would really like to know what you guy`s think ?
