G'day, its a guy who was spamming USENET with his website details about the "right" to have a driving licence and was producing EC style fakes for anyone who had a credit card. The twat in Leamington forgot that he had to register the domain to a physical address with a phone number!!!

Or is it like the Hungarian business whereby you can get any licence that you want for about €500 to €800
