If you're in Swansea aim for Mumbles, there are a couple of places to pitch just off the side of the road opposite the Knab Rock car park, just below the cliffs. great little village with fantastic views also toilet facilities in the car park

Hi Arthur,
raining at the moment 10.00am Friday 3/7, but good news is the weather front is travelling towards Yorkshire and east coast, so I think the sun will shine on you this weekend

Happy Camping
no matter what the weather, have a good one

Hi Arthur - nice to meet you and Janice last weekend - did you get anything at the car boot, apart from sunburn . Happy Birthday for next weekend I'm sure you'll get perfic views down in Wales - we're gonna try it sometime soon as it sounds fab and loads of places to try.

Have a great time
Chrissy

Ceredigion

Ceredigion council seems quite against wild camping, plenty of unwelcoming signs in the car parks. Head inland a bit and there are plenty of good spots though.

A real gem is by Ceibwr Bay, near Moylgrove. A single track lane loops round from the village and there's a lay-by which you can't miss at 52.07759 -4.76354. No tv or internet reception, so take some socks to darn, or a book!

Thumbs up Anglesey

We have just come back from a great weekend on Anglesey
When we left home after 5pm on friday we were going to Betwesycoed
But we changed our minds
That is the beauty of a M/H.
Old Arthur, if you are going to Anglesey, please pm me and I will let you have a great wild location.

This is where we were and the second is a view from our window.
Please excuse the weather

And Puffin Island is just up the road (today in the sun)
