Relatively local to me
In nearby Bacup if thats any good. On Todmorden Road. 53.713653,-2.165789 on GM
or here 53.717924,-2.169768 (height bar on one bit, but just park 50 yards past it.
Also nearby is Crown Point between Burnley & Bacup/Waterfoot (53.755683,-2.232459) & (53.746715,-2.225507)
Or if you get really desperate, a couple of the Layby's on the A56 (Haslingden & Accrington bypass) are large & set back, plus there's a McDonalds & Little Chef for breakfast
As fad as I know the Cp's on the Grane Road between Haslingden & Blackburn are all 'No Overnighting' but I could be wrong
Hope that helps

Hi Terry,
No problem, don't really know much about Haslingden itself, I'm from the Burnley side of the hill. But I'm ex white van man, and had clients all over the area. Plus a few years back we bought a generator from a guy living in a bus at the 2nd bacup location!!!
