This is a reply to a once valued customer

First of all I should like to say that this whole thread is completely libellous and I am not allowed to respond for data protection and regulatory reasons. It is therefore very unfair of an individual to give a false and incorrect version of events knowing that we will not be able to respond. We have a clear complaints procedure and once this has been completed if a client is still not satisfied they may then go to the Financial Ombudsman Service. In over 12 years as a specialist insurance intermediary we have only had one client who was dissatisfied and took their complaint to the FOS. The Ombudsman in that case found that we were correct and had treated the client fairly.

I have asked for the site owner to remove this thread and would ask those of you who have joined in the discussion to accept that there are two sides to every argument and that if you were able to hear our side of it you would not be jumping in.

Hopefully this thread will be removed shortly.

Given that we readers of this particular topic are presented with no background and no justification for posting the letter, I would think the correct response would be for one of you to do us the courtesy of providing appropriate links or a full explanation.

Even better would be your full names and addresses so it can be properly attributed. After all, Phil is readily identifiable so it is only fair that you are too.
