There is a huge car park at West Wittering with access barrier. We were there 2 weeks ago and paid 1. There were a few campers there but I don't think you can overnight.

You can stay really close to the beach at Bracklesham Bay which is only a few miles from The Witterings.

Another great place to overnight is on the beach at Hayling Island. We stayed for a couple of nights last summer for 5 but I think it's cheaper in the Winter. There's toilets, showers and water available. Signs state motorhomes welcome overnight.

A regular short break for us. Bracklesham bay overnight, arrive after 18:00 warden arrives at 08:00 and if you are there then the charge is I think 2 to continue for the day. Off to to West Wittering car park. Day rates seem to vary from 3.50 to 7.00. Lovely location, walks, dog friendly area on the beach, loos a cafe and sooo much space The park is open 7 to 7 in the summer West Wittering Beach | Home Page (http://www.westwitteringbeach.co.uk/)

We were at West Wittering today.,,.winter day rates 2...cannot park overnight.,.gates shut around 6 in winter.
Wicks Farm is close by for camping, or there are plenty of other sites near,..,u should look into some, they are either farms which some look rough or v nice proper sites,..,but can be pricey in summer months.
We stayed at Hayling Island, altho carparks on seafront now say no motorhomes overnight, and loos all locked at end near funfair....you may need to look around for off road parking as we did...then drove early morning to Wittering for lovely winter sun on beach :)
