Although the Bramley tree is looking a bit bare this year. At least the vine is covered with grapes, so wine is a distinct possibility.

You can add Chocolate sponge with chocolate sauce. My absolute favourite has to be Wimberry Pie and fresh cream or ice cream. Had my first slice or four of the season on Sunday.

- Tiramisu, the stronger the better
- Apple pie or crumble and custard... it's got to be custard
- Lemon meringue pie

Can't decide between the three of 'em, so I cycle them around when we eat out :lol-053:

My fave to make is a yummy lemon and lime cheesecake made with mascarpone and cream... it's easy to make, no cooking and tastes delish.

Bakewell tart ? No such thing bakewell pudding......two shops offer the real deal but definitely different to Mr kiiplings effort whilst tasty deffo not the real deal

Anyway for pudding there is only one.

It's called Yorkshire pudding.

Ok normally and traditionally served as a starter with an onion gravy , the pudding also lends itself to a "drop" pudding where it is served with apple typically or perhaps this time of year with blackberries the sauce being milk
Very versatile is the Yorkshire pudding

Stuff the pudding !
Bring out the coffee and a nice cognac with a cigar !
My local retaurant used to keep a special box of cigars from the canaries the owner would sit with us and have a cigar and we would do a nice bottle of brandy !
Happy days

You meet the tart and when you marry her you end up with the pudding.

Mmmmm! Where to start? Summer pudding with cream, creme brulee, pana cotta, bread and butter pudding made to Weight Watchers' recipe, believe it or not (you spread the bread with marmalade, miss out the sugar, and use skimmed milk) rice pudding made in the oven with sultanas in, Eton Mess, Palova- how many can I have? Just off to my Weight Watchers meeting shortly, so talking about this is about as sinful as it gets at the moment. Sugar free jelly and fruit with a splash of yougurt has to suffice for now.
