If, like me, you're into industrial heritage, you will enjoy these two sites around Sheffield:

Abbeydale Industrial Hamlet

My images here: Abbeydale Industrial Hamlet by R & A Knisely-Marpole (http://www.rakm.co.uk/heritage_pages/abbeydale/index.html)

I'll be going back soon to take some more. Currently, entry is free. There is a small cafe that serves coffee and some pre-wrapped cakes.

Kelham Island Museum

My images here: Kelham Island Museum by R & A Knisely-Marpole (http://www.rakm.co.uk/heritage_pages/kelham_island/index.html)

Free parking. Admission 4.50 per person (3.50 concession). A super cafe. I can recommend it highly.

Both are closed Friday & Saturday for some strange reason.

Well worth a visit!
