In the middle of Pembroke town, just off the one way system, is the overflow car park for Pembroke Castle. This often has two or three vans wildcamping on it.

Just follow the signs for the castle and you are directed to a tarmac Pay and Display car park about 1/4 mile before the castle itself. Just up a little side road beside this car park is a large grassy overflow car park which is free and well away from the main road.

There is a Public Convenience just over the road (closed at night) and an excellent Chinese Takeaway which I can't recommend too highly (good food and reasonably priced). The castle is also well worth a visit.

Try Pembroke Dock, there is a small car park on Front street, (the sea front) or you can park at the side of the dockyard wall,

Also out at Sageston on the A477 I think, around 6 miles out from Pembroke Dock is the Plough pub, I have stayed there a few nights, and had good food there,

Good luck.
