First time in france sailing to roscoff mid august looking for ideas preferably on the coast with good eateries and no nudist beachs because we have a 10 year old girl

I guess it depends how long you have. Heading west of Roscoff the scenery is more rugged and wild and quite like the west coast of Scotland. Heading east its more like Devon IMO. A few larger coastal towns and villages and some cracking beaches. You could just do a circular trip. From Roscoff head south to the south coast around Concarneau and work your way along as far as the Golfe de Morbihan then cut across inland up to Cancale and St Malo area (Stop as Port Dinan on the way which is lovely and 20 miles inland from St Malo) then head back along the north coast to Roscoff. two to three weeks would be the minimum for that trip to do it justice really.

Depends what you like doing. If you want to hold up for a week or several days that might be too much for a two week break. If you like moving on every day or two then you could manage a circular tour in 2 or 3 weeks.

Some fantastic beaches both north and south and Aires everywhere. Many free. Dont remember seeing any nudist beaches!
