We stayed in a possible CR just near Dinas Head on 14 June 2013. (There was a pub and a couple of houses nearby but I don't think it rates as a CU.) Possible water stop also (see below).
Name: Pwllgwaelod
Lat: 52.02119
Long: -4.90763
It appears on street view.
It is a car park with a very nice public convenience (it was cleaned every day when we were there).
There were no charges and no signs prohibiting overnight parking. We were not disturbed.
The first bit of the car park is a paved area near the PC but we parked in the 'overflow car park' just beyond that. Sensible, because the paved area got a bit full of cars for the pub in the evening.
There is a water tap outside the PC. It has a push button action with a cover to stop you attaching a hose but we managed to fill up using our 10l emergency container and a few trips to and fro.
For anyone walking the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and needing a bus link, the little bus that runs from Fishguard to (I think) Cardigan diverts down the road to this car park.

It's really nice around there.
I'll add this to the Wales group for others to read.
