The aire at Plage St Cecile has a barrier across it closing it to all traffic. This was a very good first or last stop. As an alternative we stopped at Hardelot Plage. We have seen vans parked up near to town in summer, but we parked about a mile out of town. It is in camperstop Europe book, there are no obvious signs that parking is allowed , no facilities other than rubbish disposal. We were on our own last week, but we have seen several vans there in summer.

Yes we've also used an Hardelot plage stopping area, this is a quiet parking area (out of peak season at least) near to the sea front, which we were directed to by the local tourist office in town. It only has a rubbish disposal point. Basically it is on road parking. You can get some water from the sink tap in nearby seafront toilets, which we've never found to be locked and have been very clean..

The other area that we have successfully used, is just out of town, again reasonably quiet at night, no facilities here.

Hi Wineciccio, I upload my images to Flickr, I then open the large version of the required image in Flickr and copy the image address by right clicking on the image , I then paste the image address into the post on here by selecting the insert image symbol from the choices at the top of the reply box.

You can also use other web servers like Photo-box or even your own website.

Hope this helps
