Question recently put regarding Glen Affric.
The car park at grid ref 244262 overlooking Loch Beinn a Mheadhoin is not really worth the effort as it accessed down a muddy track through the trees for about 1/4 mile.
The car park shown at grid ref 215243 is a sloping open roadside parking area with no tree coverage.
The car park at the end of the loch at grid ref 201234 has " No overnighting signs".
I used the dam to the loch at grid ref 274275 where there is a tarmaced turning area large enough to allow a stopover.Downside is you have to travel 11 miles on single track roads to get there.

Glen Afric is lovely, but you need to watch you keep to the trails in summer, otherwise if you go stomping through the undergrowth you are in danger of picking up ticks - unpleasant in themselves, but later in the season these can pass on Lymes disease which can be very nasty.
