I'm going to be greedy and say almost all of them, I have been all over Europe since 1974, although almost every year I ended up in Italy to visit my parents which unfortunately are no longer in this world. but I still miss the drive down to Pompei.:cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1::cool1:: cool1:

I get bored too young David, it just tickled me the thought of all these grown ups ticking these little boxes. When I am bored I do see the funny side of most things.

I used to like driving through Slough on the A4. The traffic lights were timed so that if the 30mph speed limit was adhered to they would all be green for you!
Apparently they don't do that anymore.

Well, I got Barcelona, which is a little too north for me - perhaps they didn't have Almeria in their data base! :camper:

Rome. But never been there.

A lovely place, especially the Vatican Museum, but the Coliseum smells like a French pedestrian underpass in high summer!

Bradford ?

Well what an excellent city you picked on the doorstep of Haworth Bronte country and the Worth Valley Railway and some of the best curry houses in the north.

It worked out Paris for me.
Only been there for a weekend years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Methinks that it is now time to revisit for a longer trip.

ah howarth one of our favorite places . remember walking to top witherns many times even mid winter in the snow to see what was in the book by i believe emily bronte heathcliffs farm wuthering hights . there used to be a farm halfway to top witherns that had a little cafe in it ,where you could rest a while as i remember ,wonder if its still there there's also or used to be a great antique/old collectables shop at the bottom of the main street we bought many reasonably priced items there ,for our collection of antique and collectables we had many years ago .many of our friends/family/neighbors used to say our house was like a museum with old furniture and other items we had collected over the years .

I was going to say ROME but we got robbed on a 'bus going to the Vatican, so it's got to be PARIS. By the way, thanks to all who welcomed me yesterday as a Newbie. Billy
