Hi,

About six miles south of Buxton, heading south towards Asbourne on the A515, turn off right to Longnor and drive about 400 yards. On the left Just before the Royal Oak pub ( good meals ) is a small car park at the start of a walking trail. We have used it a few times.

Hi,
Welcome, there are many places listed in the Derbyshire threads
Look up Forums, then Wildcamping sites, then England, then Derbyshire :)

hi here are some you can try matlock bath railway station .matlock rail station . cromford at the side of the canal .monsel head . all a favorite of ours matlock rail station has changed it is now a pay to stay carpark but we have still stayed there last year it cost 20p per night at all venues i know it says no camping but over the years we have always stayed there and no bother. there is also a pub near the church in matlock cheap enough but the name slips my mind at this moment .

The Parsley hay cycle hire is a good spot, go up past the cycle hire building, which is past the car park and on to a secluded extra parking place, you can also get water there. This place is an old station on the defunct Ashbourne to Buxton railway line. This site is approx 7 miles from Buxton on the road to Ashbourne.

Hi
If you've been to Matlock go south on a6 through Matlock Bath, the next village is Cromford ,at the traffic lights turn left its signposted basin ,about 300 yards on right turn into car park on canal. You can overnight and there has been a meet there if you look back on previous meet posts
