Hi everybody, never been to Scotland before can anybody recommend any nice locations or a route around? any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks

When we went we did two lefts two straight on and then two rights. Seriously Scotland is such a beautiful country you can't go wrong if you stay off main roads and away from other people. Oh and don't watch the t.v., listen to anything but music and most of all don't buy a paper.

just follow the west coast and try any of the islands,i am off to islay in a couple of weeks,maybe spend a month.

What side of the country are you starting from, east Lothian and Edinburgh and Fie are excellent on the east, Dumfries, and the west coast are stunning as well plus the bonus of all the Hebridean islands.

Yeah good shout as the weather been shot here,but handy for down south also for the RAIN
