I'd like more and more the idea to meet some of you on this side of the ditch ?
How about this that crossed my mind (happens very rarely nowadays )
It is a blank shot for the moment; i've to get consence and so on.
We are befriended for years now with a cider/calvados farmer in Normandy.
Nice and friendly people and very, very good stuff.;)
They are also hosts for 'France Passion' and used to welcome motorhomers.
I don't think they would make objections to welcome a dozen or more British for a weekend ; and have their products and the neighborhoud presented. The surroundings are nice (inland near Beaumesnil, south of Rouen).
Who is interessed and what period ?
If there is some response I'll make the necessary arrangements.
Please answer before tuesday april 14th for we'll be away until june.

Hi Leo, sounds good to me, its not too far from Calais, so could make it a 4 or 5 day trip.
It all depends on the job situation, but put us down on your list.
Cheers, Pete. (Leeds).

OK Pete,
Like you said it is not too far from Calais (not 200km, and 150km from Cherbourg)
Let's say to have the meet somewhere in september.
I'll make a list and make final arragangements half june.
Love to meet you all,
Leo

Hi Leo, just got a quote from Aferry. out 17th sept, back 21st sept, 75 return. sounds good to me, hope there's a few more interested, only been to 2 meets, but everyone seems very friendly, (apart from the little geordie, he keeps taking all my money off me).Only kidding Lenny.
Have you got a definate place in mind, if so, does it have a website we can look at.
Cheers, Pete.
