View Full Version : Hub Caps in Huddersfield

This is my first post on this interesting forum which I have been browsing and surfing for a while.

Sadly I bring bad news - we live on the SW side of Huddersfield and last night some pond life stole two of the original chrome hubcaps from our T25 when it was parked on the drive. They may also have had a go at getting underneath it. I phoned the garage to organise getting it checked over in case they had done any other damage and the guy at the garage says that he has another customer in the area with a T25 and they had ALL FOUR of their hubcaps nicked last night AND the people also apparently jacked it up and tried to nick the turbo, but failed.

So if anyone reading this is in the W R of Yorkshire then keep an eye on your campers. They must have been pretty stealthy because the alarm didn't go off.

Oh and if anyone hears of anyone selling "pre-loved" hub caps in the area, feel free to let me know!

Low life I remember quite a few years ago they were stealing the mirrors and front grills with spot lights off the T25's it's the cost to replace them

You also now have the dilemma of whether or not to report the theft to the police.
If you do, yours and everybody else's home and car insurance is likely to increase.
If you don't, the police won't have another figure to add to their list to encourage them to patrol the area more (or at all) at night.

I'm sure we would if we could but you're a free member so don't have the private message feature.
