Signed up for Beutifull days again but this will be first in a van. Tenting even with friends is just so annoying when we have perfectly good camper so it'll be the camper van field this year and the rest can visit. Also doing the Purbeck folk festival which is altogether smaller and much more easy going.

    Any other festivals planned?

Great tribute bands all day over 3 days. Cheap about £70 for the three us for the WHOLE weekend plus NO EHU camping field included. safe for kids and a rockin' good time was had by all. Lots of free kids activities if they get bored with Lizzy, AC/DC, GnR, Robbie, Wacko. The stadium opened up the team changing rooms as well for those camping to have showers. With limited facilities/resources they did their best to accommodate 'homes and tenters. A Mobile Bacon buttie turned in the morning too.

Already booked Bishop Auckland this year.

We also went to the Wickerman Festival last year in Dumfries. Reminded me of the early T-in-the-Park gigs at Balado. Much more expensive Good ol' Julian Cope was on top form.

Lastly, our 4th in 2015 was the Sunday CarFest North in Cheshire. Disappointed with The Proclaimers. No audience interaction at all. They just came on, rattled off a few tunes and went off again.

We considered "Download" for 2016 but was going to be £300+ so decided not to bother.
