Is this resto of yours worth big money, really big. If so I'll rent a bit of space. I won't be storing anything!

You can't be too careful these days
    lol

I was thinking of a way to earn some cash, over say a year.. but with around 200 sq meters I could give up at least 2 spaces for winter storage for something, car /boat/ van etc.. to keep the wolf away from t'door..

    dunno.. probably another thread though..

ahh I might be I put Gatwick but I am a little north east and you may be south - from there ..at a guess

but seriously .. maybe motorhome owners don't want indoor storage ..maybe that is more the preserve of summer cars and boats etc ?

Thanks John that's really good of you 👍, even if I could get a phone number that would be helpful ..
I'm just waiting to hear from two more in our area too which look promising, one is literally a seven minute drive from my house, I should know by this afternoon...
didn't think it was going to be this difficult 😬

no probs.. it would be good (for me) to keep the one I have half-reserved for the future..

either way, keep us informed of today's results

They put a clause in the deeds. However there is a motorhome on the drive a couple of hundred yards down the road that did not get told to move it so I can only assume I fell foul of I neighbour who complained. The heritage foundation stated that I could write to them for permission as they did not denigh permission with out good cause. I knew I should not have written to them but in the end I did and they said no, no reason given.

i hope you are going to challenge it - at least ask for the reason for denial.
