Slightly off topic but I noticed during my ventures out and about Oct/Nov that my batteries weren’t lasting as long as last autumn. The batteries are over 2 years old and I thought they were maybe on their last legs and may need changing.
On my return home last week I decided to use the reconditioning mode on my Ctek charger. The manual recommends you do this once a year.
After the batteries were charged I disconnected my ehu, put the heating on and the tv and a few of the led lights. Well have to say the charger appears to have done what it says on the box for want of a better word.
Had the heating, tv etc running for 15 hours until 11.00pm with very little input from the solar panel to the batteries.
The next morning I checked the batteries and they were showing 12.65 volts so I’m a happy chappie lol.

I think our two gas bottles fornicate in the night and have gas babies, we hardly ever fill up and it's not like we are stingy with the gas. I don't even bother looking around for the cheapest, would burn more in diesel than save on gas.
A yawn is just a silent scream for beer.

If the battery flashed low, that is Bad News. You should aim to never ever have that happen: the batteries should never be discharged that far if you can avoid it.
