Now racehorse meat will give you a good run,

    always a winner.

The french eat it, ask the man who cannot be named.

Now now don't start that again.

Roll Over dogs aren't bad actually for hot dogs. We have a commercial Roll Over hot dog machine and bun warmer from when we used to have the café in the Piece Hall ice rink in Halifax. It would look lovely in some ones MH

But there was another one which are more traditional british sausages I think, and can be used for other things. I think he said that your good self adapted them to turn into burgers or something at a meet? (meat meet?? )
Ah no he is on about the Aberdeen Angus burger that they sell in the fresh meat section 12 for about £10 but they are great quality the leftover burgers I squished up and made a chilli out of them.

I quite like "high fat emulsified offal tubes" as quoted the rt hon minister for administrative affairs -> Yes Minister classic episode.

Yes, indeed. In Merida in central Spain recently, I spent the evening in a tapas bar. Having ordered a couple of dishes (Mixed Coquettas and Seared Tuna), I asked the waitress what she thought would go well with them?

She pointed at something on the menu, so I said yes, OK.

After she left I stuck "Morros de Cerdo" into Google Translate....

    ....Pig Snouts.

I managed about 75% of them, but they are not top of my list of foods to re-visit.

Don't forget the anus, vagina, foreskins and teats. Sure makes it sound wholesome doesn't it?
The real trouble with reality is that there's no background music.
