At the Falkirk Wheel meet, Mr Phil the Boss recommended some sausages.

The Frankfurters from Costco I have located and bought (not tried yet) but I can't remember what the other ones were? small multi-packs I think? and also best way to cook them.
They sounded great at the time, but I have forgotten virtually everything about them since

You might be able to. But would you really want to is another matter.

There were the "rollover" frankfurters from Costco Phil mentioned - don't need refridgerating, which is handy. I've bought a pack of those to try.

But there was another one which are more traditional british sausages I think, and can be used for other things. I think he said that your good self adapted them to turn into burgers or something at a meet? (meat meet?? )

It's all the pig or racehorse.

Now racehorse meat will give you a good run,

    always a winner.

The french eat it, ask the man who cannot be named.

The British have also eaten plenty of it, but they just didn't know it at the time!
