Im sitting practising in my van and reading these recipes/pics of meals . Its making me very hungry. I love cooking when away (I know its a chore for many or just seen as a neccesity)

One of my dictates from she who most be obeyed is nowt smelly

No pix. Sorry we’ve eaten it all!

Lunch: red lentil and veg soup in pressure cooker

Dinner: slow cooker pulled pork. Reduced sauce and thickened with cornflower. Roasted cauliflower in the Remoska. Sweet pot mash and other steamed veg. All on EHU 😀. But I have a lot of cooking kit on board.

Did think it would be good to start threads for specific kit, I.e. pressure cooker, slow cooker, Remoska etc. Then bods could post recipes adapted for specific kit.

I bought a cookbook in a charity shop for cooking in an enamal frying pan, one of the marinades used Jack Daniels, try the charity shops for cook books you will be surprised at what you can find (and I don't like cooking)
