Just had a quotation for the supply and fit of:
120w solar panel mppt slim kit fitted 421.86 (apparently haven't got room for 2 x 100w panels)
Cyrix split charger plus start assist, fitted. 87.30
    MT-50 32.92 + 30 fitting
second 85ah leisure battery 71.93 + 60 fitting and ancillaries
    375w victron inverter 109 + 60 fitting
    1 x 12v socket 32 + 30 fitting
The Cyrix split charger will charge the engine battery when the leisure batteries are full.
Is this a reasonable quote - would I get it cheaper anywhere else, or does anyone know someone who would fit if I went for supply only

You're paying someone around 400 for a day's work there. Seems expensive.

If the 420 is for all those bits fitted I'd say the price is reasonable . It all depends on how confident you'd be undertaking the job yourself .

Best part of 1000 if those figures are correct (935.01)

It looks expensive to me, but if you have to use a third party to install then you'll have to pay their rates.

This little unit charges engine & les battery in my van at 25 bucks.
If paying others to do work it is always going to work out about 3 times the price.
