    Intermittent engine fault 2.8jtc

    As Above laika 2004 cuts out when on low refs no rhyme or reason wont restart immeaditly but will after a couple of minutes has been to fiat for diagnostic check nothing found ???

    Yep, I had similar (2.5TD 1996 Peugeot Boxer 320) But was just intermittent starting, & a Dash Light while running!.

    Thought it was something to do with the Alarm, But was Bad Earth !.

    hi
    had similar on ford mondeo got a code once it said faulty fuel rail
    pressure sensor. most of the time it wont show a code.

    Cutting out

    Rugby Ken, I had a very similar fault on a Ford Anglia 1 litre. Turned out to be a dirty carb!! Have you checked that area??

    Hi ken did the engine warning light come on or did it go into limp home mode ? Some diagnostics are not capable of finding all the faults ,main dealer computers can find faults that others can't ,Hope you get sorted .
