Our shower tray has been replaced 4 times, now out of warranty we have had it fixed by Speedcoat. This is a hardcore spray on product.
It comes with a warranty and the whole service given by David Nash and his family was superb. Cat looked after, cups of tea, a lift into Ludlow and a overnight stay outside unit with hook up.
We also found out that if you approach your individual Motorhome makers and say you can get it fixed with Speedcoat taking on the warranty of the repair most motorhome companies canít wait to pay.
They are on FB or call 01584877513

The only thing that concerns me is the fact that the tray has been replaced 4 times. It suggests that the installation and support is poor. I have a similar problem with a swift but have been lucky to find a replacement even though the van is 18 yrs old. It will be having much more support put down before the new tray goes down. I have heard good reports about speedboat but wonder how they overcome inbuilt cr@p workmanship ?

You will have to confine your BOUNCY BOUNCY antics to the exterior of the MH rather than the shower. It sounds very much like there is no support under the tray. Could be worth removing and having a look. If itís flexing itís just going to keep happening.

We had ours done about 18 months ago, locally in Scarborough. Ours is a cream colour so much lighter colour than yours. It has been a great success. The only downside with ours is because the finish is not smooth (dimpled) it accumulates dirt more and needs frequent cleaning.
