    They only do that after putting more bodily fluids on it, it is like complaining and sending a meal back in a restaurant, you have no idea what they do to it before bringing it back to you

    can we ease up on the bodily fluid comments ???? i now have visions of night security men, delivery men, odd dirty old men soiling my settee in th lonely-single-men way - and i will never now get that image out of my head !!!!

    However if i ever do get the settee - i may consider having it steam cleaned !!!!

If Yeovil dont sort this out, and if HQ Complaints Dept dont give me a full refund then i will go straight to the top.
    If you do end up going to the top, this site is very useful;

    Quite often Collette, just a mention of contacting the CEO is enough, especially if you are talking to some jumped up, ambitious supervisor.

    I've had a couple of successes doing this, they usually don't want the boat rocked too much.
    God bless Colonel Sanders. Marvellous man!

    Customer Complaints/Refunds still have not called me. I will give them until Monday to contact me then email the CEO. I have just discovered that British Heart Foundation sell new solid wood furniture so i'll go and give them a look this afternoon.

    At least that is money going to a good cause.

    I gave a rocking chair to our local hospice shop, they collected it in a van.

    They got 19 for it,

    and I had filled out the income tax thing so they get a bit more back from the government.

    All in a good cause.

    I have only ever complained to two Chief Executives, but both were successful and both prompt
    Tesco and Wicks.
    Wicks were fantastic and replied within a couple of hours and I received the payment within a few days!
    The shop did not want to know!
    Personally, I would not wait over the weekend, you have given them enough time!
