    If you don't want to go the whole hog and replace your saddle, you can buy gel saddle covers for around a tenner that'll pad it out nicely until you get acclimatised

    Would like to see some of those people cycling round here, we often get groups of cyclists come by, must be on club outing route I think. They come along a short flat and turn up the hill we are on and you hear the chat turn swearing and horrible crunching as they panic trying to get a suitable gear haha

    We are close to the Millers Dale entrance to the Monsal Trail and a lot of them are more suited to that I think, sod em all anyway, if you enjoy something thats what matters

    Lovely part of the world in a past life took young people their absailing off the bridge ....language first couple of goes could be colourful then when used to it turned to laughing and loving it

    It's the reason I bought this bike, need the help on the up hills now. I have a GTECH bike for back of motorhome, does the job and is light.
    I picked up a massive kidney infection from the second ride. peeing blood, fever the lot. As it was my third Dr sent me for tests, he wouldn't believe I could pick up so many infections from cycling. Think I'll have to stop grinning and having so much fun hay.
