    We always have the poppy sellers where we live in the shops and more out on the street on Saturday,son always sold the poppies when he was in the army cadets g/daughter is in the parade on Sunday as she’s in the brownies and eldest g/daughter carried the banner a couple of years ago in the parade

    RIPON a small market town in n, yorks, is decorated with poppies. looks amazings,,,well done RIPON.
    not seen any poppy sellers on street.....however ,there are poppies in shops with donation tin near them......
    seen lots of folks wearing knitted ones..........or maybe they were crochet.

    Ive got one that the missus bought for me from the British Legion. Its made from brass from used shell casings found on the fields of Flanders. Beautifull if sad reminder of the fallen.

    5th headstone in from LHS, my grandad on my fathers side. KIA 2nd December 1944. Nows rests within Rouen Military Cemetery, France.
