    Finally - losing weight !

    Been on a healthy eating plan since January 7th
    I don't weigh myself every week as I can't stand what the scales say but also don't want get caught up in the mindset of letting the scales determine my mood, been there done that !
    I have relaxed into this plan with an attitude that if I feel better and clothes are feeling more loose then I'm doing something right.
    I try to achieve 8,000 to10,000 steps a day. I don't deprive myself especially on the weekends when I want to drink or have a meal out.
    So far so good as I have just put on a old pair of jeans and I didn't have to lie on the bed with a coat hanger and do ten Hail Marys a to do them up ������.... result !!!

    Portion size is the easiest thing to control. It's all about self control, we all know what is good and bad for us its whether we eat it and how much of it we eat.

    Also drink lots of water.

    Ps If it's white don't eat as much of it as you would normally.

    They say sex is eq to 7 mile run,i done buy that as i know i could never run 42 miles a night.

    well done, i say.......gud on yer.......its easier said than done......ive cut my portion sizes down to a very small plate...no snacking etc.........and still the weight stays almost the same....

    SO VERY WELL DONE......

    Trev, Trixie ain't very mobile, hard to lose weight that way. IT can be done slowly though. I know a lady who was wheelchair bound most of the time and she lost several stone.
    I've put 1/2 a stone on recently, but i've just found a miracle answer to my big problem, which is sweet stuff.I 'Ve cut out a midday meal, and indulge myself with a piece of cake made from a weight watchers recipe.The secret ingredient is chickpeas. With a coffee it gives a sweet hit but doesn't have many calories.

    I hate cake as its womens food,eat lots of fish and veg,throw out any frying pans etc and eat poridge in morning,eat 3 meals a day from a saucer and not piled up,im watching.
