Aw Blighty is not all that bad surely. I mean I live up here in shuggie land where the weather is really bad.
And even if we get a good summer, we still get eaten alive by oor wee beasties the gid auld Scottish midge.

Ok then you lucky sod enjoy Portugal, the folk and great, the wine from the Douro valley is splendid, the food is excellent, and guess what, nae midges. and I hope your wife feels better soon.

What are you like with a lawn mower we could use a house sitter and someone to cut the grass whilst we are away in September,
Useless at simple tasks like gardening, decorating carrying shopping home.
Costs a fortune to run in taxi fares, as she's not allowed or fit to drive..
I'll pander to her every whim, bide my time until she's back to perfect running order...
