I'm not certain we could return to that perfect area again, without the risk of wanting to remain there permanently.

If we all agreed there would be no discussion, and it would be a dull boring world.

Hi, what a predicament, we're so sorry. I wouldn't make any rash (oops forgive the pun) decisions for now, wait and see how everything pans out. Things may look better post shingles. If we can help in any way, let us know by pm. Virtual hugs to you both xx

Give Jenny our best wishes and hope she gets better soon, what ever you decide to do I hope you remain a member on here, as the place wouldn’t be the same without you.
What are you like with a lawn mower we could use a house sitter and someone to cut the grass whilst we are away in September,

Become a property scout and find us all some nice cheap plots of land so we can all move out there away from this god forsaken place

Who'd swap what for her in her present condition, Zonked out from the painkillers, moaning in pain, a complete fidget in bed.
Useless at simple tasks like gardening, decorating carrying shopping home.
Costs a fortune to run in taxi fares, as she's not allowed or fit to drive..
    .

I'll pander to her every whim, bide my time until she's back to perfect running order...
THEN I MIGHT CONSIDER YOUR ADVICE.

Thanks, Richard and Helen.. Kind offer.
It would have to be a ride on mower, just in case she's not fit enough for a push-along.
