How about something completely individual..a piece of art/sculpture, or a framed photo of a view that you know is special to them. I did an embroidered picture with date, place of marriage incorporated into it, for a couple who had everything.
A pair of nice engraved glasses?
Sponsor a tree (?woodland trust, I think?) Or a donation to a charity on their behalf. I think Oxfam have a gift scheme, adopt a donkey....

If it's a boy donkey it's likely to cause embarrassment or envy

We were given a Woodcarving Breadboard, It is actually very useful in two ways, we cut bread on it, surprisingly, And it has the date of our wedding on, for forgetful people like ME to refer too AND it is the only present that I still can remember we got!

Get them something they will remember, but will not think to treat themselves to.

    The cost is irrelevant.
Just because they`re wealthy it doesn`t mean they should get elaborate gifts.
Personalised glasses or the picture of a favourite place sounds good.
