    Tip:

Buy parsley, basil, coriander etc in pots from the supermarket for a 1 and split them into pots or in the garden.

I have just finished the Spring batch of parsley and basil and re-planted fresh today, I counted 59x parsley plants, 23x basil plants and 22x coriander plants. Weather permitting, they should last until autumn, even with daily picking for meals.

Cheaper than buying from nurseries and less faff than using seeds.

Mint grows very easily in the garden if fact you have to stop it spreading, like growing it in a bucket.

I do this with Lidl Living Salad, also chives from the supermarket. A couple of years ago I bought a potted Rosemary, reduced as it was past it's sell by date. (???) Currently thriving in a large pot in the garden. Produce looking good though I was away most of June and my radish are the size of tennis balls.
