    Somewhere near Warwick...

    Hi all,

I'm looking to camp out next week with the wife and 4yr old child somewhere close to Warwick.

Found a couple of spots on "the map" and wondered if anyone can recommend any. Will be turning up quite late so don't fancy having to drive around a few to find the right one.

The one's I've short listed are:

    Dovers Hill near Chipping Campden
    Clattercote Reservoir
and one very close by near Claydon.

Is one better than the others?

I'll be heading for the M5 the following morning, so any other recommendations would be great.

    Thanks

    Ants

I have stopped at the POI by Claydon Locks.

It's not a huge car park, but it's peaceful with pleasant canalside walks.

You have a recommendation from the expert! It looks as though, like me, you have a preference for CRs, and with CR Claydon you have another CR within a relatively short distance should your first choice be unavailable for any reason. Looks like the ideal solution.

Did you go to Claydon Locks yet? I'm having trouble finding it on the POI map, could you give me the coordinates please? I'm looking for somewhere to go this weekend
