Pool overnight parking

Got ferry into Pool late last night 12.00 pm
Stayed at Hamworthy Park. Car park verry safe free parking till 09.30. Only 1 Mike or do from Pool harbour.

Parking regulations prohibit cooking and overnight sleeping (inter alia). Caravans prohibited, which could perhaps be taken to include motor caravans. Maximum penalty £70.

We have stopped in Sandbanks on a couple of occasions. We just pick the most expensive house we can find and park outside. Parking was free from 6pm to 8am. You just had to remember to get up or put money in the meter the night before.

Just park up at the ferry port. Done it travelling both ways. It's free and there's toilets and showers. Get up join queue, job done.
